Supporting Families & Ending Homelessness

No family should have to worry about losing their home.

Housing insecurity affects students, parents, seniors, and veterans throughout our community. Children cannot focus on learning if they don't know where they'll sleep at night.

I support efforts to:

• Expand assistance for families experiencing homelessness.

• Strengthen resources available through the McKinney-Vento Act.

• Partner with schools and local organizations to identify and assist displaced families.

• Explore ways to stabilize property taxes so homeowners aren't priced out of the communities they've worked hard to build.

• Support practical solutions that help families remain safely housed.
